Billy McKinley

Billy McKinley has a diverse background in the oil and gas industry, starting as a Chief Roughneck in 1989 and progressing to Senior Toolpusher roles at various companies before joining COSL Drilling Europe AS as a DSL. Prior to this, Billy worked as an OIM at PETROFOR SL and held ownership of a BP Franchised Petrol Retailing Station. Billy completed their education at Esk Valley College, Holyrood High School, and St Ninians Primary School.
