Marcus Conlin is currently employed as an ERO on the COSL Pioneer at COSL Drilling Europe AS, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to this, Marcus gained experience as a 2nd Engineer at Dolphin Drilling and worked as an ERO and motorman with another agency in 2017. Their career began as a Marine Engineer Cadet at PGS, where they spent a total of seven months assisting with machinery maintenance and engine room watchkeeping from 2010 to 2012. Marcus also served as a 3rd Engineer at Vroon for a brief period in 2013. They hold an HND in Mechanical Engineering from the Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, which they completed in 2012.
