Bhavika Potdar

Bhavika Potdar has been working in the tech industry since 2011. Bhavika started their career as a Software Engineer at ECONOMIC RESEARCH INDIA PVT. LTD., where they developed and deployed projects, and reported to the team leader. In 2013, they joined Adfactors PR as a Senior Software Engineer, attending client meetings and understanding requirements of the project, learning new technologies to fulfill what is required, and overseeing the work of team members. In 2015, they joined BookMyShow as an Assistant Manager, where they facilitated sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings and software demonstrations, protected the development team from outside distractions, and maintained focus on product backlog project timeline. In 2019, they joined LiveLike as a Product Manager and Scrum Master. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at Cosm.

Bhavika Potdar obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Smt. Chandibai Himathmal Mansukhani in 2011, after beginning their studies there in 2009. Bhavika also holds a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.
