Kristin Haines

Kristin Haines is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Strategic HR Business Partner at Cosm since July 2023, Kristin provides comprehensive strategic HR support to leaders and employees, focusing on implementation of HR strategies and programs, including talent management, employee relations, and diversity initiatives. Previously, Kristin held the same position at Vanguard from 2020 to 2023, where support was provided to the Retail Systems leadership team. Kristin's earlier roles include Director of Human Resources at UniTek Global Services, Global Director of Talent Management at Trinseo, and Director of Talent Management & Talent Acquisition at ACSI/Advance Publications. Kristin also has significant experience from VWR International, LLC as Director of Talent Management, and started a long tenure at Merck as Sr HR Business Partner. Educational qualifications include a BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
