Amparo Noguera Crespo

Amparo Noguera Crespo has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Amparo started their career as an HR Trainee at The Westin Valencia in 2013 and later worked as an HR Assistant Manager at Meliá Hotels International for a few months in 2015. Amparo then joined Herbolario Navarro as an HR Specialist, responsible for national-level selection, from 2015 to 2018. In 2019, they joined HipoGes Iberia as an HR Technician, where they handled training and development, HR processes, and communication. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at COSMEWAX from 2021 to 2022, and currently, they hold the role of People & Culture Director in the same company, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.

Amparo Noguera Crespo completed a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Valencia from 2009 to 2013. Amparo also pursued further education in Human Resources Development, completing a program in Skills and Tools for Managing People at the School of Business - Valencia Chamber in 2016. Additionally, they earned a Master's degree in Management and Direction of Human Resources from the University of Valencia from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Amparo is enrolled in a postgraduate program in Coaching, NLP, and Team Leadership at ENEB - European Business School Barcelona.
