Damien Launoy

Damien Launoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and board governance. Currently serving as Partner and General Manager at 115K, a European VC Fund with a €150 million AUM, Damien focuses on investments in FinTech, InsurTech, Cybersecurity, AI, and Data across Seed to Series B stages. In addition to this role, Damien lectures on venture capital at Polytechnique and holds multiple board positions within various companies, including Continuity, Sesame it, Garantme, Cosmian, carbo, Pono Technologies, and Cashbee. Prior to current endeavors, Damien was a Principal at Bpifrance in the Large Venture Fund from March 2019 to March 2022. Damien's educational background includes an MSc in Business and Management from HEC Paris, a Magistère in Banking and Finance, and degrees in Business Law and Economics.
