Amit Maheshwari

Amit Maheshwari has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Starting in 2004 at iEmployee as a Finance Manager, they later joined ITC Limited in 2007 as a Divisional Finance Manager. Amit successfully handled negotiations and developed cost and profitability structures. Amit also played a crucial role in the implementation of SAP and Hyperion. From 2013 to 2018, they served as the Financial Controller at ITC Limited, overseeing the setup of entities, annual plans, cost management initiatives, and leading the GST Implementation Team. Since 2021, Amit has been the Chief Financial Officer at COSMIC NUTRACOS SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD., where they manage overall financial operations, maximizes profitability, and ensures compliance. Amit has implemented financial controls systems, obtained funding from venture capital funds, and led the IPO exercise. Additionally, they have been responsible for setting distributor and dealer margin structures, negotiating with clients, and delivering training on ERP, GST, and new tax regimes.

Amit Maheshwari attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a CA degree in Business/Commerce.
