Csaba Porubsky

Csaba Porubsky is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in leading global project management methodologies and teams. Currently serving as the Global PMO Lead at COSMO CONSULT since November 2020, Csaba drives innovation and best practices while facilitating training to enhance PMO processes. Previous roles include Project Manager Team Lead and Project Manager at COSMO CONSULT, where finance module deployments and Hungarian localizations were managed. Prior experience includes serving as an Organizational Development Specialist and Scrum Master at Capsys Financial Technologies Ltd., where significant organizational improvements and Agile transformations were implemented. Csaba also held the position of Software Project Delivery Manager at XAPT, overseeing department growth and multiple international ERP implementation projects.
