Jana Scheifler

Jana Scheifler is an experienced Account Manager and Customer Communication Manager at COSMO CONSULT since May 2021, specializing in digitalization in e-commerce and wholesale across Eastern, Central, and Southern Germany. Responsibilities include needs and potential analysis for clients, planning and executing regional and central campaigns, managing partnerships, and maintaining an e-commerce blog. Prior to this role, Jana served as a Customer Researcher at ITARICON Digital Customer Solutions from October 2020 to April 2021, where engagement with companies operating in SAP environments and advising on solutions with SAP S/4HANA and SAP CX was key.
