Kerstin Puntigam-Konrath is an experienced professional in the fields of organizational development, leadership, and occupational psychology. Previously, Kerstin served as a Talent Manager at COSMO CONSULT and as a BGF consultant for small, medium, and large businesses. Additionally, Kerstin initiated the Network Work & Health and Cluster BGF in SMEs for KMU Region Südoststeiermark, and worked as an occupational and organizational psychologist at the Institut für Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention. Currently pursuing further education at Coaching Center Berlin and IFS Systemische Therapie & Coaching in Munich, Kerstin continues to enhance expertise in coaching and systemic therapy.
