Earlier in Bob's career, from April 1990 to June 1996, Bob held the position of Field Service Engineer at Mcdiarmid Controls.

Cosmo Specialty Fibers, Inc. (CSF) is a privately-held company producing dissolving pulp at the former Weyerhaeuser Specialty Cellulose Mill in Cosmopolis, Washington. With the goal to build on the Weyerhaeuser legacy of producing a high-quality dissolving wood pulp, CSF resumed market-grade pulp production on May 1, 2011 and is completing acetate qualification. Since opening, CSF has reduced operating costs over 40% and executed a global sales strategy to ensure financial sustainability.
