Oussama Allali

Oussama Allali began their career in 2008 as a PhD Student in Recommender System at LIP6 & CNRS - Le laboratoire d'Informatique de Sorbonne Université. In 2011, they joined Cosmo Tech as a Tech Lead in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, where their missions included the development of a Decision support product to help the energy transition of territories, a Multimodal supervision product to predict and identify potential traffic network issues, and a Smart energy planning product to optimize urban energy infrastructure plans. Oussama also acted as a R&D engineer, Scrum master, and Lead modeler, during which they conducted the proof-of-concept phase of an asset management product, developed the proof-of-concept phase for a critical water supply product, and developed a systemic simulation tool assisting the local authorities in decision-making processes for urban development projects.

Oussama Allali has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Graph theory/Machine learning from Sorbonne Universit\u00e9 (2008-2011), a Master 2 (M2) in Computer networking from Pierre and Marie Curie University (2007-2008), and an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Universit\u00e9 des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumedi\u00e8ne' (2002-2007). Oussama also holds a TensorFlow Developer Certificate from the TensorFlow Certificate Program (obtained in October 2021) and a Professional Data Engineer from Google (obtained in April 2021).
