Sheba Rajan

Sheba Rajan is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR management. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Resource Specialist at Cosmogence since November 2020, Sheba manages a global talent pool and oversees HR Generalist duties. Prior to this role, positions included Human Resources Specialist at AOT Technologies, where responsibilities involved candidate screening, and a Recruiter role at Master's Academy, focused on recruitment for Gulf and European markets. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Analyst cum HR Coordinator at iROID Technologies, managing office administration and employee grievances. Sheba holds an MBA in Marketing from The ICFAI University, along with a P.G. Diploma in Embedded Systems and an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
