Modesto Lebron Deoleo has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Modesto started their career as a Switching Network Engineer at Codetel (Verizon) in 1989 and worked there until 2001. Modesto then moved to Lucent Technologies and served as a Switching Engineer until 2005. In 2005, they joined Cosmos Corporation as a Production Engineer and worked in various roles within the company. Modesto served as the Director of Manufacturing from 2014 to 2018, during which they oversaw the company's manufacturing operations. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Director of Formulation and Quality, where they managed formulation development, quality activities, and the in-house laboratory. Currently, they are the Director of Product Excellence at Cosmos Corporation, responsible for supporting the company through continuous improvement exercises and ensuring effective marketing and sales strategies for the company's products.
