James Craft

James Craft is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various technical roles since 2001. As the founder and engineer of Honeit Software, James developed a real-time interview platform and a lightweight ATS. In current roles, James serves as a senior software engineer at Cosmos Health Solutions, creating an online Covid-19 testing portal, and as a senior cloud engineer at BSPK, enhancing client experience through technology. James also has a strong background in coaching men's lacrosse at Sonoma State University, leading teams to national championships and managing player development. Previous experience includes roles as a senior full stack engineer at Localwise and Hirable, and as a lead software engineer at Fair Isaac Corporation. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Sonoma State University.
