Jacob Malowa

Jacob Malowa is an accomplished Engineering & Project Manager at Cosmos Limited since January 2018, bringing seven years of experience with a strong focus on performance improvement and complex operations management. Under Jacob's leadership, significant enhancements have been achieved in process optimization, waste elimination, and defect reduction as a Lean Six Sigma Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Construction Project Manager at Kiyan Group Limited from 2016 to April 2018. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering from Moi University, a Diploma in Project Management from the Kenya Institute of Management, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management with a focus on Business Development at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, set to be completed in June 2024.
