Ralph T. Imanyara MBCA, MIHRMK has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Ralph is currently serving as the Head of HR and Administration at Cosmos Limited since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant and HR Management Consultant, Life Coach & Coach Trainer at Workforce Solutions from 2014 onwards. Ralph also held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Jacaranda Hotels from 2013 to 2014, and as a Human Resources Manager at Kenga Hotels, Mombasa Continental Resort from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Vipingo Ridge Ltd from 2010 to 2011 and as the Group Human Resources Manager at Alliance Hotels and Resorts from 2006 to 2009. Ralph started their career as an Employee Relations Manager at East African Breweries Ltd from 1998 to 2002.

Ralph T. Imanyara MBCA, MIHRMK pursued their education at the University of Nairobi (UON) from 1978 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Heriot-Watt University from 1981 to 1982, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.

In addition to their formal education, Ralph T. Imanyara has obtained various certifications. In 2014, they received the certifications of Coach Trainer and Life Breakthrough Coach from the Life Breakthrough Academy. As a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management of Kenya, they earned the status of Member in 2015. Most recently, in May 2022, they completed the course "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" offered by Coursera.
