Dagmar Rovillard has extensive experience in employee and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Employee & Organizational Development at cosnova GmbH since November 2015. Prior to this role, Dagmar worked at COTY Inc. as the Global New Product Development Manager from October 2012 to September 2015. Additionally, Dagmar held the position of Northern Europe Controls Compliance & Process Manager at Diageo from 1993 to 2012, demonstrating a strong background in compliance and process management over nearly two decades.
