James DePew

James DePew has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James began their career in 2000 as a Quality Manager at Grand Eagle, Inc., where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. From 2002 to 2007, they served as the Corp. Quality & Safety Manager at 3-D Service, LTD., overseeing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, process improvement, safety programs, and environmental compliance. From 2007 to 2016, they held the position of Director of Quality at Miscor Group, Ltd. - Magnetech Industrial Services, where they developed and audited Quality Management Systems for ISO 9001 and Association of American Railroad M-1003. James also implemented various methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma to improve processes and productivity.

In 2016, DePew joined BDeWees Consulting, LTD as the Vice President & Consultant. The consulting firm aimed to enhance business and personal life by improving overall effectiveness through business assessments and implementing the right processes, people, and technology.

Starting in 2017, DePew held various Human Resource and Contract Compliance roles at different companies including Visual Evidence Corporation, DeWees Real Estate Group, DeWees Insurance Partners, Virtual DataWorks, COSO Media, and PowerLink Electrical Sales.

James DePew completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Management from The University of Akron, where they studied until 1995. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive Management at Ashland University, completing their studies in 2006.
