Ericka Adams has a diverse background in service delivery and IT support roles. With experience at companies like COSOL Americas, COSOL Global, Addons Inc, and Hycroft Mine, Ericka has held various positions such as Service Delivery Tech, Service Delivery Technician, and Service Delivery Manager. Prior to their roles in the tech industry, Ericka worked as a Dispatcher at the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office. Ericka is a graduate of Gerlach High School and has also attended Western Nevada College.
