Ella Kovacs

Ella Kovacs is an accomplished production leader with extensive experience in the advertising and creative sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Production at Cossette since September 2025, Ella previously held the position of Director of Integrated Production at lg2 from November 2019 to July 2025, where a notable achievement included building the Toronto office's integrated production department and overseeing over 200 projects annually. Prior roles include Senior Producer at Grayson Music, where Ella led commercial audio production and contributed to the company’s branding strategy, and Producer at DDB, responsible for major clients including McDonald's Canada. Additionally, Ella gained valuable experience as a Producer at TBWA, managing diverse production types for integrated campaigns. Ella holds a B.A.H. in English from the University of Toronto's New College and completed a Bridge to Business program at the Rotman School of Management.
