The leadership team at Cossette Inc. has a history of experience in a variety of industries and organizations. They have experience in vice chairing, board of directors, general managing, project managing, and president positions. They have also been members of the board of directors for companies such as ICA - Institute of Communication Agencies, TAXI, Kraft North America, Nurun, Plus Company Canada, nesto, Cascades, and Canada Post / Postes Canada. The team is also educated, with degrees in History, Sociology and Social Anthropology from University of King's College, Industrial Relations from McGill University, Administration from Collège André-Grasset, and Economics and Marketing from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM).
