Richard Pikaar

Richard Pikaar has over 25 years of experience in project management, specializing in software implementation and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Cost Engineering since February 2022, Richard previously held the role of Sr. Project Manager at HSO from 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, Richard managed Professional Services and served as a Sr. Project Manager at Universit from July 2013 to 2020. Richard's earlier experience includes project management of ERP implementations at Total Specific Solutions from July 1997 to January 2013 and overseeing a Professional Services team at Co-maker B.V. Richard employs a Prince2-based project management approach, focusing on tailored reports and stakeholder communication. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1993 and 1997.
