Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Head of Engineering at Solutionreach, Inc. since July 2021, Jim previously held senior roles at R1 RCM and Ancestry, where contributions included enhancing infrastructure and cloud capabilities. Notable achievements encompass the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) pipelines in AWS, and leading engineering teams in various capacities across multiple organizations. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Weber State University, Jim’s career spans significant positions such as Chief Software Architect at GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Lead Architect at Steton Technology Group, demonstrating a strong capability in driving technology innovation and team productivity in diverse environments.
