Debra Lindy

Debra Lindy is an accomplished Account Representative at Cost Segregation Services, Inc. since January 2017, specializing in engineering-based cost segregation studies for commercial properties that facilitate depreciation benefits for property owners. In addition to this role, Debra Lindy is the Business Owner of Debra Lindy Inc since January 2023, focusing on cost segregation along with other financial opportunities including R&D, SETC, and REVO Rideshare. Debra Lindy is also an Independent Business Owner for both REVO Rideshare, set to launch on March 11, 2024, and SNAP! Partners, engaging in collaborative ventures to expand business opportunities. Additionally, Debra Lindy co-owns The Cure in Manicure~SaniSak and previously held the position of National Marketing Director at Neora International from December 2011 to 2023, as well as owning Pave' Nouveau Salon & Spa from January 2006 to October 2012.
