Fred Clapp

Fred Clapp is an experienced professional in the commercial real estate and financial sectors, currently serving as a Committee Member for the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate since July 2022. As a Central Virginia Depreciation and Write-off specialist at CSSI since May 2011, Fred has successfully expanded services into Central Virginia, focusing on generating income tax savings for commercial real estate users and guiding tax advisors on compliance with relevant regulations. With over two decades as the CEO-Managing Director of Bridges Asset Management, Fred has specialized in tax-reducing strategies for property owners and advisors. Fred also has extensive experience as a Director of Business Development at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, managing a $30MM portfolio, and played a key role as the VP Area Director at Bally's Total Fitness, expanding operations significantly. Complemented by educational credentials in community development and depreciation regulations, Fred is actively involved in the local community through Redemption Hill Church.
