Erica Brown has extensive work experience in the retail and foodservice industries. Erica began their career at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, where they held various managerial positions. Erica then transitioned to The Clorox Company, where they served as the Director of Sales and led the Sales Planning team. Erica later joined method products pbc as the Sr Director of Sales Planning, where they built and implemented the company's sales planning capabilities. Most recently, they worked at Peet's Coffee as the President of Retail, Vice President & GM of Foodservice, Office Coffee, and Licensing, and Senior Director of Foodservice, Office Coffee, and Licensing. In their roles at Peet's Coffee, Erica was responsible for strategic, operational, and financial decision-making, overseeing various aspects such as sales, marketing, operations, and human resources. Erica is currently the Managing Director of the Americas at Costa Coffee.

Erica Brown holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree specializing in Institutional Advancement from Vanderbilt University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
