Rich Sage

Rich Sage is a highly experienced technology professional with a background in digital engineering and agile delivery management. Currently serving as Principal Technology and Digital Engineer and Lead Agile Delivery Manager at Costa Coffee since February 2021, Rich specializes in data platforms and integrations. Additionally, Rich holds the position of Squadron Leader with the Royal Air Force Air Cadets, leading volunteer teams and organizing strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Technical Director and Technical Lead at Graphite Digital, Technical Lead (Mobile) and Senior Developer at White October, and Technical Manager at Leeds University Union. Rich earned an MA in Portable Music Visualisation and a BA (Hons) in Music and Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds.
