Andrea Fiori has a diverse work experience in various roles within the travel and procurement industries. From 2014 to present, they have held multiple positions at Costa Crociere S.p.A., including Director of Sales Operations & B2B Marketing, Director of Turkey Operations, and Director of Land Experience. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing teams, overseeing product design and portfolio management, and driving commercial operations and performance.

Prior to joining Costa Crociere S.p.A., Andrea worked at Abert S.p.A. as a Lean Warehousing Supervisor, where they planned and coordinated warehouse operations and supervised a team of 27 people.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Strategic Buyer at Costa Crociere S.p.A., where they managed the sourcing activities for hotel and kitchen equipment as well as consumer electronics.
