Francesco Minerva

Francesco Minerva has worked as the Head of Sales Planning DACH at Costa Crociere S.p.A. starting from May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Silversea Cruises as the Commercial Coordination Manager - Europe from January 2020 to April 2023. Francesco has also held positions at Costa Crociere S.p.A. including Business Intelligence Manager from December 2015 to December 2019, Market Analyst for India, Middle East, North Europe, and North America from September 2012 to November 2015, and Group Analyst for Pricing and Revenue Management from May 2011 to August 2012. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Analyst at Accenture from November 2010 to May 2011, and as a Customer Service Representative at Hertz Rent a Car from March 2010 to August 2010. Francesco also had an internship role at Hertz Rent a Car from June 2009 to December 2009.

Francesco Minerva completed their undergraduate education at Università degli Studi di Bari, where they studied Economics and Business from 2003 to 2007. Francesco later pursued a degree in Economics and Management at the same university, graduating in 2009. In that same year, they attended Spegea - Management school for a short course on Key Tools for the Work Environment, focusing on Communication and Information Technology.
