From 2010 to 2011, Valeria served as the Chief Accountant for Costa Group, where they oversaw financial statement consolidation and accounting flows and procedures review. Valeria then worked as the North & South America Governance Controller for Costa Crociere from 2011 to 2014, managing finance projects and implementing new accounting flows and procedures. Valeria's most recent role at Costa Crociere is Finance Hotel Operations Director, a position they have held since 2014. In this role, they provide support to the Business unit in managing operating costs and ensuring accurate and timely financial information. Valeria also leads a team and focuses on developing specialized accounting and controlling skills.
