Virginia Pirino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM and customer analytics. Currently serving as a CRM & Customer Senior Analytics Specialist at Costa Crociere S.p.A. since December 2016, Virginia focuses on business analysis, customer behavior analysis, business case development for loyalty initiatives, and reporting on customer metrics across corporate and internal teams.
