Elise Morales

Elise Morales is an experienced product manager currently at Costa Sunglasses since August 2025. Previously, Elise served as an associate product manager at Oakley and held various roles at Hurley, including product line manager and associate product line manager. Early career experience includes roles such as assistant merchandiser at G. Hensler & Co., freelance assistant event coordinator at Ruby and Rose Events, and assistant buyer at Pottery Barn. Elise began as a merchandising intern at Pottery Barn Kids and also worked as a seasonal sales associate at Nordstrom. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona, obtained in 2015.
