Jose 'Joche' Smith

Jose "Joche" Smith has served as the CEO of Costa Farms since July 1992, demonstrating extensive leadership experience in the horticultural industry. Prior to this role, Joche worked as a Financial Analyst at Ryder System, Inc. for one year. Joche holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Finance, obtained from the University of Florida between 1989 and 1991, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, completed in 1989.
