Tristan Malan

Tristan Malan is an experienced professional in greenhouse operations and horticultural practices, currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Analyst at Costa Farms since December 2013. With a diverse background that includes roles as Project Manager for Greenhouse Ops and Logistics, and a focus on Greenhouse Automation, IoT, and control systems, Tristan has successfully designed and implemented IoT projects to enhance operational efficiency. Previous positions include Live Goods Quality Assurance Manager, Process Grower, and Section Grower, all of which contributed to improving growing standards and practices. Tristan's early career includes an internship at the United States National Arboretum and greenhouse staff experience at Middle Tennessee State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science was earned.
