Jay Dawson is an experienced facilities and maintenance manager with a career spanning over a decade in the industry. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Costa since December 2018, Jay has previously held the position of Maintenance Manager at both SA Potato Company and Bd Farm Paris Creek Pty Ltd. In addition to extensive hands-on experience, Jay is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at the Australian Institute of Management, while holding an Advanced Trade Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from TAFE SA.
