Andrew Proffer is the VP of Business Partnerships at Costa Rica Software Services. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the field of psychology and has been a clinical psychologist in private practice, as well as working for various companies and organizations in a consulting capacity. Andrew has a wide range of skills and qualifications, including being qualified to administer a variety of I/O instruments and being able to integrate complex qualitative and quantitative data into oral and written feedback. Andrew has also established an extensive network of private and public referral sources. In addition to their work in psychology, they have also consulted with companies and institutions of higher education on optimizing productivity using the ADDIE model and has implemented the Adult Learning Theory as part of formal instructional systems design.

Andrew Proffer holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, an M.A./Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University, and a certification in Business Administration and Management from Western Michigan University. Andrew is also ITIL certified in ITIL Foundation (v. 3) and CompTIA A+ Certification, and has a certification in Emotional Intelligence from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS).
