Susan has 25+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting in industries, both non-profit and for-profit. She specializes in implementing systems and process improvements for growing companies and managing multifunctional work teams.

Susan started her career in public accounting, then spent 9 years in healthcare before moving onto the hospitality industry. Before joining OPS, Susan spent the past 4 years as Finance Director at a transportation software technology company. Susan’s strong and varied financial background supports the OPS team in its constant drive for the highest level of customer experience and internal efficiencies.
