Joel Everson ChPP MAPM is a chartered project professional with extensive experience across infrastructure and technology organizations. Currently serving as a Senior P3M Consultant at Costain Group PLC, they lead the delivery of CCTV systems for Transport for London and manage multimillion-pound projects. Previously, Joel held roles as a Project Manager at Network Rail, overseeing significant budgets and developing strong contractor relationships. They also worked as an Investigator at the National Crime Agency, where they managed risk in high-pressure environments. Joel holds a BSc in Business and Management from Aberystwyth University.
