Nicole Seah

Nicole Seah is an Early Stage Investor at Costanoa Ventures since January 2024, focusing on backing early stage founders and leading funding rounds at Seed and Series A stages. Prior to this role, Nicole served as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from August 2021 to January 2024, specializing in retail and consumer clients, particularly in fitness and health technology. Nicole's experience also includes a position at Matcha, where work involved projects that fostered meaning, community, and connectivity, including the development of an AI tool for writing communities. Earlier, Nicole contributed to the VIPX Program at Avisi Technologies, working on a nanotechnology-enabled glaucoma device. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School and has an educational background from UWC South East Asia.
