Costanzo's Bakery
Mike Costanzo currently serves as Production Manager and Marketing Specialist at Costanzo's Bakery, Inc., a position held since June 2020. Prior to this, Mike gained experience as a Public Relations Intern at 3Points Communications from March to August 2019 and as an Account Executive at Inigo Communications from August to December 2018, where responsibilities included researching advertising techniques, developing social media campaigns, and creating graphics for client use. Mike's earlier role at Costanzo's Bakery, Inc. from May 2014 to August 2018 focused on quality control. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Loyola University Chicago, obtained in 2019.

Founded in 1933, Costanzo’s Bakery, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of fresh and frozen submarine rolls, sandwich rolls, dinner rolls and specialty bread products. From our humble start nearly 80 years ago as a small retail bakery, we now operate a modern, multi-line baking facility located in Buffalo, NY with a rapidly expanding frozen sales and distribution network that serves many of the premier food service operators, distributors and supermarket chains throughout the U.S. and Ontario Canada. Our company-owned fleet provides fresh DSD delivery service throughout the Buffalo/Niagara/Rochester, NY region where the phrase “Served on a Costanzo’s Roll” is a common sight on local menu boards and in-store bakery displays.
