Evan Adams has extensive experience in client relationship management and sales support within the commercial real estate and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Client Relationship Consultant at CoStar Group since May 2019, Evan contributes to the accuracy of a commercial real estate database by conducting extensive outreach and collaborating with industry professionals. Previous experience as a Tenant Research Associate at CoStar involved investigating commercial tenants and maintaining tenant rosters. Prior to CoStar, Evan held roles at Lumber Liquidators, where sales support and project coordination responsibilities included exceeding sales quotas and ensuring high customer service standards. Evan holds a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Development from Appalachian State University.
