Matthew Green

Matthew Green, Managing Director, CoStar Europe, leads CoStar’s European operations across the UK, Germany, Spain and France, including CoStar UK, Realla, Thomas Daily, Belbex and Grecam. Green joined CoStar in 2003 as Manager of Finance when the company welcomed Property Intelligence as its first international acquisition. He served as CoStar Europe’s Finance Director and Finance & Operations Director before becoming Managing Director in 2018. Prior to joining CoStar, Green spent eight years at Andersen in the company’s audit and transaction advisory divisions. Mr. Green is a graduate of the University of Reading.
