Matthew Popow

Matthew Popow is an accomplished professional in the commercial real estate sector with a diverse background. Currently serving as Regional Director for Eastern Canada at CoStar Group since January 2015, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Account Executive. Prior to CoStar Group, Matthew was Vice President of Business Development and Broker at LBridge Realty Corporation, where the focus was on building a team of independent agents and enhancing client operations. Earlier experience includes working as a Corporate Real Estate Strategist and Tenant Advisory Sales Representative at Newmark Knight Frank Devencore, representing office tenants in leasing negotiations. Matthew's career commenced at The Home Depot as an Assistant Department Manager. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Windsor.
