William Payne

William Payne is an experienced market manager currently overseeing the Orlando, Daytona Beach, and Jacksonville research markets at CoStar Group since February 2018. Previously, William managed the Manhattan Market for CoStar CRE Research and held various roles including Sales Trainer II, Client Relationship Consultant II, Marketing Research Advisor II, and Research Associate I. Prior to CoStar, William gained experience as a Manager Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and served as Program Director at Bowl America Inc. Short Pump, where skills in marketing management and leadership were demonstrated by successfully increasing league participation and mentoring a team of 20 employees. William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from ECPI University.
