Jared Kraus

Jared Kraus has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to present. Jared is currently working as a Software Engineer at CostCertified since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of a Software Engineer (Capstone Project) at Benevity from December 2021 to April 2022. In 2019, they worked at Bonterra Energy Corp as a Petroleum Engineer-In-Training from February to April 2021, and as a Field Engineer-In-Training from July 2019 to February 2021. Jared also gained experience as an Exploit Engineering Intern at Crescent Point Energy from May 2017 to August 2018. Additionally, Jared has worked in various roles including a Summer Student at Acden in 2016, Head Camp Counselor at Okanagan Hockey School in 2015, Sales Associate at Sport Chek in 2015, and in the Backshop at Pinebrook Golf Course in 2014.

Jared Kraus obtained their Master of Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. Jared attended this program from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Jared has earned several certifications including the JavaScript: Understanding the Weird Parts Certificate, Modern React and Redux Certificate, Advanced JavaScript Certificate from Udemy, and the IBM Data Science Specialization and Python for Everybody Specialization from Coursera.
