Nadia Reichhart

Nadia Reichhart has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Nadia currently holds the position of Head of Talent at CostCertified since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Solutions Consultant at Direct Hire Recruitment Software from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for applicant tracking, candidate sourcing, and recruitment management.

Before that, Nadia worked at HomeChoice, starting as a Recruitment Consultant in 2006 and progressing to Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Lead roles. Nadia managed the talent acquisition function for the contact centers and specialist departments of HomeChoice South Africa.

Furthermore, they worked as a Recruitment Account Manager at MC² from 2010 to 2013, specializing in providing IT staffing solutions. Nadia also served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Manpower Professional - Cape Town in 2010, where they focused on strategic sourcing and talent retention strategies.
