Kalman Clement

Kalman Clement is currently serving as the Proceedings Coordinator at SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, since August 2022. Previous roles include Public Affairs Producer at KUGS 89.3 FM and Recreation Therapy Intern at Shalom Park. Prior experience also encompasses administrative duties at Clement Law Center and driving for Lyft. Kalman has held various positions in the Jewish community, including Specialty Production Supervisor at Orthodox Union and roles at Birthright Israel: Mayanot and Jewish Student Union. Early career experience includes reporting and editing for The Watchdog. Kalman holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management & Leadership from Western Washington University and an Associate's degree in Psychology Concentration from Bellevue College.
