Zac Lien

Zac Lien is an accomplished manager in IT product management with extensive experience in leading product teams and driving product delivery. At Costco Travel since May 2017, Zac has managed a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, overseeing products that support various business areas. Previously, Zac held multiple roles at Alaska Airlines from 2002 to 2017, including Product Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing customer self-service products, and Business Analyst/Project Manager, focusing on kiosk and web check-in applications. Zac's early career involved customer service roles and internships that laid a strong foundation in data analysis and project implementation.
