As Managing Director and CFO at Costella Kirsch since June 2000, Richard has successfully raised five funds totaling over $100 million in equity and managed revolving bank facilities of up to $32 million. Richard served as a Governing Board Member for the Las Lomitas Elementary School District from December 2010 to December 2018, following an elected term beginning in November 2010.
